您好，感谢您的邮件。Novox于2022年5月升级CRM和交易服务器时，已通知所有客户将交易账户转移至新的客户端，现旧账户已无法使用，但余额可以转移至新账户中。烦请客户联系我们的在线客服，或者此邮箱info@novoxfx.com，我们在将会在经过客户同意后，将旧账户余额转移至客户新的账户中。

账号无法登陆很久也登陆不上客服讲需要重新注册旧账号会一起绑定回来已重新注册没有得到旧账号回归依然无法登陆
