TMGM平台通过经纪人的方式在国内推广金融业务，吸引普通老白姓投资。
经纪人胡某自称老师，盗用微淼商学院资源，联系从未接触过外汇交易的学员，虚假宣传外汇金融行业知识，"高收益，低风险 "，承诺月收益3-6%，及各种洗脑教育.....等诱骗的形式，误导学员投资外汇金融。我3月7日听完胡老师图文小视频讲课，自3月8日开始咨询表示疑惑，他作为金融业务推广服务老师指导我说:外汇交易不需要自己懂操作，很简单的就是开户做个邦定，就只要会看当天赚多少钱就可以。我自4月底开始入金到9月底本金损失-70%，有学员甚至损失-90%。
