TMGM利用代理商在国内推广金融业务，其代理经纪人胡万亮虚假宣传，为了赚取高额佣金，诱骗完全不懂外汇的微淼商学院同学和我开户，索取密码黑箱操纵账户，恶意扛单满仓超高杠杆无如实告知，自称老师故意误导小白学员，导致巨量资产损失，性质非常恶劣。我们有提供材料跟TMGM市场经理反应问题，敷衍或迟迟不回复。
请问TMGM是正规平台吗？有实质性金融监管吗？
无良代理商和平台均是受益者，可怜我们被骗的中国老百姓上哪里维权呢？
