珈伟新能4月19日公告，持股6.73%的第二大股东上海储阳光伏电力有限公司（简称“上海储阳”）因股票质押违约拟被处置，质权人浙商金汇信托股份有限公司将强制减持其持有的公司股份，计划通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式合计减持股份不超过2481.72万股，减持比例不超过公司股份总数的3%。
