华人健康11月8日公告，截至本公告披露日，公司与嘉兴乾达创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）经过多轮磋商与沟通，双方在交易方案中多项风险性条款存在分歧、尚未达成一致意见，各方协商同意终止本次收购嘉兴市老百姓药品零售有限公司70%股权项目。公司继续推进收购舟山里肯医药连锁有限公司60%股权项目。
