财经快讯|中银航空租赁更换总经理兼首席执行官、首席财务官
中银航空租赁11月8日晚间在港交所公告，执行董事、总经理兼首席执行官、高级管理团队成员Robert Martin将于2023年12月31日根据公司的退休政策卸任公司执行高管职务。
董事会宣布，StevenTownend获委任为执行董事及总经理兼首席执行官，自2024年1月1日起生效。彼现时担任副总经理兼首席财务官，并将自2023年12月31日起卸任现有职务。Townend履新后继续为高级管理团队成员。
吴建光获委任为公司首席财务官及高级管理团队成员，自2024年1月1日起生效，以接替Steven Townend。
