财经快讯|腾达建设：联营企业因应收款项发生重大信用风险
腾达建设6月18日公告，公司参股30%的联营企业东英腾华融资租赁（深圳）有限公司因应收款项发生重大信用风险，发生经营亏损。经公司查询得知，东英腾华已于2024年5月30日被深圳市地方金融管理局列入非正常经营企业名单。鉴于应收账款金额较大，部分应收款项为东英腾华大股东上海淳大及其关联公司，欠款时间及逾期时间较长，相关主体的还款能力存疑，如若经多方努力，东英腾华重大经营异常仍得不到改善，预计将减少公司2024年度净利润4487.2万元。
