2017年10月10日，因做生意向 钱站（爱钱进）平台借款64800，到账44423元。现做生意失败导致暂无能力偿还，欠钱希望走法律程序。该平台对我进行暴力催收,高利贷,恐吓,砍头息,盗取用户信息已涉嫌违法。希望有关部门介入调查。
2021年11月22号至今每天 该平台每天都找人对我家人进行骚扰，频繁让陌生人来家敲门（一天4-5次），还对邻居家敲门骚扰我邻居。家里我妻子刚生产完2个多月（还在哺乳期），本身有产后抑郁，现在因为暴力催收这件事已经精神崩溃，孩子被吓的整晚哭闹不止，家人不知情我情况，我不是不还，可以查我银行流水，我现在确实无力偿还，只要合理合法的网贷我不会逃避慢慢解决这件事情，但是这种涉嫌违法的暴力催收对我家人身心伤害太严重了，我已经取证完毕，有微信聊天记录，以及短信记录。邻居也可以作证，我妻子产后抑郁现在又过度惊吓，我怕闹出人命，请求协助解决一下。希望有关部门进行调查核实，停止暴力催收，合法走法律程序，停止该平台对我家人以及邻居的骚扰以及恐吓。
