具体情况：本人正常手动刷单，略有亏损，结果出金时候被恶意卡出金不给！各种理由推诿附加KYC 验证！（实际早都验证通过）
本人资金不多，只有大几百美金！这么小的资金都卡，万一大资金不是更麻烦，倒霉！！！特别曝光黑平台VT！！！具体订单和聊天如下截图：
