该平台强制关闭了我的账户在12月15日，本人注册于2017年中旬，六月份。
六年交易期间的极差体验，列举如下：
1.没有任何理由关闭了我的账户
2.出入金汇率太高，被关闭账户前的最后一次入金发现：入金汇率7.4，出金汇率7.0，相当于平均1万美元进出一次不做任何交易就损失4千元人民币。
3.诱导入金：多次电话或者邮件诱导我入金，包括赠金活动。
4.令人恼火的客户服务：
微信公众号，没有人回复。没有QQ客服，只有在线客服只能发消息不能发截图。遇到问题只能干着急，一般都是电话，需要等待下午客户经理上班协助处理。无服务，只有诱导入金很积极。十月份，又谎称客户经理放年假。
5.令人气愤的非正常亏损：
在线交易或者手机APP网络延迟，无法登录，很难修改订单或者进行临时平仓.该技术问题导致频繁亏损，影响情绪，多次反馈未果。
6.股票拆分没有通知，某美股拆分前点差1200点（12美元），现在交易只有60点（0.6美元）高点差亏损，不予退还本金。
7.偷偷增加隔夜持仓费用：
做的交易只要持仓，负利息就突然很高。非周三3倍利息。
8.多次电话未能解决我的问题，轻蔑的言辞让我到别处更好的平台交易。单方面解除合同，但不做亏损赔偿承诺。
9.该平台存在欺诈，后台技术严重有问题
10.拒绝退还我非正常亏损的本金
账户15157902140@163.com，包括mt4 账户（5236707）疫情前清零过一次，总体亏损高达1500美元以上。要求该平台，退还经济损失。
