KCM客服提供的经过ps过后的流动性抛单记录，一无成交具体时间，二无具体的成交明细，交易品种也和本人持仓品种不一致，何以证明这是一个时刻宣称STP交易的经纪商。令经查询得知，此公司为MM做市交易，在澳洲仅持有普通金融牌照，并非外汇零售资质。这样的公司能否保障投资者的资金安全，令人担忧。

一个吃相超级难看的平台。宣称浮动点差，盘中却可以随意浮动超出极限，本人的账户在大部分仓位锁仓的情况下依然发生了爆仓。强平记录见图。镑日多空点差高达279微点，这个远远超过正常水平的七八倍，对于这点我是不能接受的，4月15日联系客服协调处理此事。客服百般推诿，坚称公司操作是符合市场正常规矩。而后本人要求公司出具LP抛单记录，客服拖延了一周之后胡乱提供一张无法说明真实水平的经PS过的记录，事件发生至今，依然不肯承认公司操作失当。本人做了N年金融衍生品交易，经手过的平台不低于20家，从未见过如此推诿扯皮的经纪商，试问这样的经纪商如何保障投资者的正当利益？图1为恶意爆仓记录，图2为客服提供的所谓LP抛单记录

经过小斑的介入，平台已派人协商处理好此事，赔偿了部分损失，本人也不再继续追究，此事件到处为止，算是圆满解决。感谢斑马投诉及时为投资者保驾护航。
