大通金融从十月17以后提现一直不给打款，开始拖到11.12号退回到MT4交易账户中，给出的理由是大陆银行卡不给出人民币，要求电汇美金。我在11.15号按要求提交电汇美金的大陆银行卡并且提出申请，交易账户在11.19号扣款，至今没有打款，我多次向大通客服咨询，给出的答复都是耐心等待。平台一直都是说电汇3—5天到账，现在账户申请已经20天 一直都没有打款。
