Tôi đã nạp tiền đầu tư 100000$ vào sàn ACX FX ( tài khoản VIP) ID 1008683 ,trên nền tảng MT5 . Tôi đã được sàn thoả thuận bao lời 7% 1 ngày và cử chuyên gia 15 năm kinh nghiệm tư vấn 1:1 và hưởng 40% bonus chịu giá cho tài khoản VIP của tôi .Ngày 22/03/2021 bắt đầu giao dịch dưới sự tư vấn của chuyên gia Hùng Dũng, , Tiếp sau đó tôi liên tục lỗ , có nguy cơ cháy tài khoản, tôi bị Hùng Dũng dọa nếu không nạp thêm tiền sẽ mất toàn bộ số vốn 100000$ . Tôi hoảng loạn đi vay mượn tiền nạp thêm 138000$$ để cứu tài khoản. Nhưng chỉ 1 ngày sau số toàn bộ số vốn cũng bị âm sạch . Tôi biết mình bị lừa và đã theo dõi tài khoản trong đêm , khi sàn ngừng hoạt động tôi quay clip tài khoản của tôi trên màn hình điện thoại phát hiện sàn đã kích hoạt ( Hack) làm mất dần tiền trong tài khoản của tôi. Sàn tự cài thêm lệnh xấu, tự đánh phí qua đêm 32 000$ trong khi tài khoản VIP của tôi được miễn phí qua đêm. Ngày 06/4/2021 tài khoản của tôi đã không còn tiền nữa ( cháy tài khoản) Tôi đã bị sàn ACX FX cố tình bằng mọi thủ đoạn chiếm đoạt số tiền 138000$ trong tài khoản của tôi . Sau khi nộp đơn tố giác cho phòng hình sự công an thành phố Hà Nội và bộ phận Support của sàn ACX FX tôi được nhân viên Nghiêm Quốc Chính và Hùng Dũng cam kết sẽ trả lại số vốn ban đầu cho tôi , Hùng Dũng hướng dẫn tôi trade theo anh ta , anh ta kích hoạt mã ảo cho tôi rút 38000$ . Nhưng cho tới nay đã 8 tháng tôi đã gửi 9 lá đơn khiếu nại đòi 100000$ còn lại , sàn ACX FX vẫn không giải quyết cho tôi . Tôi kính mong công ty FxGecko giúp tôi can thiệp với sàn ACX FX để lấy lại tài sản cho tôi. Tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn quý công ty FxGecko!
