今年九月份创建的账号平台在我10000美元的时候说要办理vip而且余额要达到两万美金才办理出金，上面也说了办理vip之后无需审核秒到账。而后我办理了，可以出金了结果又给我扣押出金，说交保证金才给出金这不是坑人吗。
