不能正常出金，要求缴纳保证金。
10月11日至12日陆续入金五万元。10月12日开始下两单，都为五万，盈利一万两千元。当日下单结束，本人提交提现申请，全部被拒绝。问客服，客服要求缴纳三万元保证金。在此之前客服从未提过他人代入金需要报备。导致现在不能正常出金。如要出金得缴纳保证金，且下单金额的百分之八十。
