我的liteforex帐户（30072），在盈利后申请出金，他们将我的提款请求驳回，帐户资金未显示在帐户列表中。

当我与支持人员交谈时，他们却很官方的回复：尊敬的客户，您的交易帐户正在由交易部门根据4.3条款进行检查。客户协议书中的规定：“在特殊情况下，如果需要验证客户对交易和非交易业务的遵守情况，本公司可以将汇款延迟14个工作日。客户具有有权通过以下电子邮件联系贸易运营部门来请求验证过程状态的权利：trading@liteforex.com。

这是第二次出现这样的情况，上次取款花了14个工作日才能完成。
