持股34.02% 吉利汽车将入股韩国雷诺
5月10日，吉利汽车控股发布公告称，与法国雷诺集团的韩国子公司雷诺韩国汽车签订股份认购协议。交易完成后，吉利汽车将通过其子公司Centurion Industries Limited，持有雷诺韩国汽车34.02%的股份。雷诺集团仍将保持大股东地位，雷诺韩国汽车将继续由雷诺集团并表。
本次合作双方的母公司，吉利控股集团和雷诺集团，今年 1 月宣布合作，将在韩国市场推出高效、节能的燃油和智能混动车型，并计划将上述产品投放海外市场。新车将由雷诺三星位于韩国釜山的工厂生产，预计2024年量产。
