财经快讯|越秀资本：拟1亿元-2亿元回购公司股份，回购价不超6.96元/股
越秀资本5月10日公告，拟使用不低于1亿元、不超过2亿元（含交易费用，不含本数）的自有资金，以二级市场集中竞价买入的方式回购公司部分已发行的人民币普通股（A股）股票，回购价格不超过6.96元/股。按前述回购资金额度及回购价格上限测算（暂不考虑交易费用），本次回购的股份数量不低于1436.78万股，占公司当前总股本的0.29%；不高于2873.56万股，占公司当前总股本的0.57%。
