立讯精密5月6日在业绩说明会上表示，对于奇瑞的投资是由立讯精密的控股公司主导，属于股东个人纯粹的投资行为，目前没有注入上市公司的计划。针对公司近期是否有并购计划的问题，立讯精密方面表示，公司从没有停止过外延发展的脚步，近期主要关注汽车、通讯、医疗等相关产业。
