光峰科技4月16日公告，公司实际控制人、董事长、总经理李屹提议再次回购公司股份，回购股份的资金总额不超过3000万元，不低于2000万元；回购股份的价格不超过27元/股；回购股份的用途为在未来适宜时机用于员工持股计划或股权激励。
自2024年1月公司实际控制人、董事长、总经理李屹提议回购以来，公司已通过集中竞价交易方式累计回购公司股份335.174万股，回购资金总额5998.15万元，前述回购方案已实施完毕。
