扬杰科技3月29日公告，经公司董事会提名委员会资格审查，董事会提名徐小兵、黄治国为公司第五届董事会非独立董事候选人，并同意提请公司2024年第一次临时股东大会审议，表决时实行累积投票制。上述候选人当选后为公司第五届董事会非独立董事，任期自公司股东大会审议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
为进一步优化公司治理结构，提升公司治理水平，促进董事会各项工作开展的规范化，同意增选刘从宁为公司副董事长，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满为止。
