弘阳地产3月28日晚间在港交所公告，2023年合约销售金额达人民币218.29亿元，累计销售面积为1,567,348平方米，平均销售价格为每平方米人民币13,927元；收入为人民币197.947亿元，较2022年减少1.1%；毛损和毛损率分别为人民币6.697亿元及3.4%；净亏损为人民币77.397亿元（2022年：净亏损人民币39.378亿元）。
