华媒控股3月19日公告，董事会于2024年3月19日收到董事长张剑秋提交的书面辞职申请，张剑秋因组织调动辞去公司董事长、董事、审计委员会委员职务。
张剑秋持有公司股票76275股，辞职后将继续严格遵守《上市公司股东、董监高减持股份的若干规定》《深圳证券交易所上市公司股东及董事、监事、高级管理人员减持股份实施细则》等相关规定。
