财达证券3月18日公告，董事会选举现任党委书记、副董事长、董事、总经理张明为公司第三届董事会董事长，并担任董事会战略与ESG委员会主任委员、董事会风险管理委员会主任委员职务。
依据规定，董事长兼任总经理事项尚需提交股东大会审议。待公司2024年第一次临时股东大会审议通过后，张明正式履行公司董事长、董事会战略与ESG委员会主任委员、董事会风险管理委员会主任委员职务，任期自2024年第一次临时股东大会审议通过之日起至第三届董事会届满日止。
