爱婴室1月2日公告，公司于2023年12月29日收到合众投资出具的《关于股份减持计划告知函》。因自身资金需求，合众投资拟通过集中竞价、及/或大宗交易方式减持持有的公司股份不超过421.55万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
截至公告披露日，合众投资持有公司无限售流通股份1512.14万股，占公司总股本的10.76%。
